The benefit of comprehensive and sustainable weed control is huge for crop yield and performance, and new methods emerging from research are constantly increasing potential. All these were discussed during the 20th Conference of the Hellenic Weed Science Society.
The topic of the 20th Conference of the Hellenic Weed Science Society is: Weed Science - Problems, trends and modern challenges. The speakers met on Wednesday night in a friendly atmosphere in the roof garden of the Marpessa hotel and on Thursday at 9 am the sessions began at the "Anesis" municipal cinema of Agrinio.
